Client requires someone who is flexible and willing to do overtime from time to time as and when required.

General Duties include:

  • Ensure outstanding in-store customer experience, motivate staff to provide top notch customer care
  • Ensure the accuracy of product merchandising while executing proper food safety protocol
  • Meet and exceed store sales goals
  • Manage merchandise orders and shipments, oversee proper stockroom storage and care
  • Achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards

Desired Qualifications include:

  • At least two year's experience in a managerial customer-minded luxury retail environment
  • At least two years of experience in a retail space with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Equipped with customer service skills, staff management and leadership
  • Reliable with flexible schedule, including the availability to work extended hours, weekends and holiday hours based on the store needs
  • Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (English, German)
  • KPI driven
  • A proven track record of building teams that are passionate about engaging with customers and are performance driven
