Client requires someone who is flexible and willing to do overtime from time to time as and when required.
General Duties include:
- Ensure outstanding in-store customer experience, motivate staff to provide top notch customer care
- Ensure the accuracy of product merchandising while executing proper food safety protocol
- Meet and exceed store sales goals
- Manage merchandise orders and shipments, oversee proper stockroom storage and care
- Achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards
Desired Qualifications include:
- At least two year's experience in a managerial customer-minded luxury retail environment
- At least two years of experience in a retail space with increasing levels of responsibility
- Equipped with customer service skills, staff management and leadership
- Reliable with flexible schedule, including the availability to work extended hours, weekends and holiday hours based on the store needs
- Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
- Ability to speak multiple languages (English, German)
- KPI driven
- A proven track record of building teams that are passionate about engaging with customers and are performance driven
