Chimera Recruitment are working closely with a leading luxury cosmetics company to find full-time retail MUA's for their new Kingston concession opening soon!
Based on the shop floor, and reporting to the Counter Manager, you will be responsible for encompassing the brands mission of giving customers the tools to be their best everyday, using their stackable, portable, curated makeup range and award-winning skincare. You will do this through combining your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections.
About the Role
Your key responsibilities are:
· Show excellent artistry and an impeccable customer experience, offering full-service experience and/or simple service depending on customers’ needs
· Become a brand ambassador and want to pass on your knowledge to customer after customer
· Support with promotions, events and launches in store
· Attend all required training sessions and develop knowledge of trends to provide best-in-class service possible
· Assist in the execution of visual displays and merchandising
· Accurately prepare and complete physical inventory / stock check
· Ring sales and use the POS correctly
· Identify areas for potential loss prevention
· Perform ad hoc duties if assigned
Requirements
The essential skills and experience required to succeed in this role are:
· Demonstrable retail experience within the luxury beauty sector
· Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills
· Ability to multi-task and build relationships
· Ability to support business growth and consistently exhibit professional behaviour
· Must be flexible to work during peak traffic times including evenings, weekends and holidays
Salary
£11.50 per hour
