Due to rapid expansion, Chimera Recruitment have a vacancy for a full time recruiter to join our Head office team in Holborn.

We are looking for a simply amazing person who can inspire, excite, and have absolute passion in their work and support us to recruit the best talent. Chimera Recruitment are a team that is at the leading edge of temporary support and work with some of the most prestigious companies within the beauty, retail and hospitality industry.

What you will be doing:

  • Building rapport with candidates discussing their application and ideal roles
  • Scheduling and conducting telephone and face to face/video interviews
  • Assess candidate performance accurately against selection benchmarks
  • Maintaining up to date and accurate notes on relevant Chimera data bases
  • Responding to inbound enquiries via email, website, voicemail and monitoring Live Chat function on our website
  • Assisting the compliance team with obtaining onboarding documents
  • Attending regular team meetings

We’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written English
  • Good knowledge of the retail/hospitality industry
  • Competent in the use of IT software such as word, excel, Google workspace
  • Advanced (touch) typing ability
  • Previous experience of working in a recruitment role
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Desire to deliver a consistently high candidate experience
  • Confident communicator who can demonstrate empathy and listening skills
  • Capacity to work in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment, proactively responding to changing requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
