Duties and Activities:

· The primary responsibility is to be the point of contact for retail and brand managers on the shopfloor and to provide seamless communication between the head office and stores.

- It is the role of the Project Coordinator to be the company voice. They will constantly be in contact with the crew members that use our platform and, in turn, will need to manage the information presented to them effectively.

· Liaising with clients on daily demands.

- Clients will also be in constant communication with the booking department and the wider team. Its is the duty of the project coordinator to ensure client requests are responded to in an exemplary and timely fashion.

- To monitor company performance and manage own workload, the project coordinator must process, interpret, and report business data using the multiple resources and company channels available to them.

· Fielding candidate queries

- Candidates (crew members) will often need to access different parts of the company with varying queries. The project coordinator must be able to assess, act, and advise crew members on any issue they may face.

· Organising Projects with the wider team

- Clients often request specific promotions, events and seasonal support to be organised in advance. Your responsibility, along with the wider team will be to put together specific trainings and candidate profiles along with updating clients throughout the project.

Task Breakdown

· Plan workload and balance conflicting priorities with minimal real time supervision once trained.

· Build and maintain working relationships outside of team, have good communicative skills, both verbally and in written form.

· Update Directors and Managers on progress of projects and handover effectively.

· Collate information for clients on request.

· Assist managers and the wider team with new projects including regional stores, new clients and promotions.

· Follow SOPs for IT issues with company software.

· Organising and coordinating staff.

· Conducting daily field-based tasks such as sign ins and store visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
