Chimera Recruitment are looking for a Retail MUA to join a leading cosmetic brand's mobile team. You will ideally be based in London, with the ability to travel throughout the UK for up to 8 weeks at a time. You will be based on the shop floor, and reporting to the Mobile Business Manager, responsible for encompassing the brands mission of giving their customers the tools to be their best everyday using their stackable, portable, curated makeup range.
About the Role
Your key responsibilities are:
· Supporting pop-up events and opening new counters across the UK. You could be expected to be away for up to 8 weeks at a time
· Show excellent artistry and an impeccable customer experience, offering full-service experience and/or simple service depending on customers’ needs
· Become a brand ambassador and want to pass on your knowledge to customer after customer
· Support with promotions, events and launches in store
· Attend all required training sessions and develop knowledge of trends to provide best-in-class service possible
· Assist in the execution of visual displays and merchandising
· Accurately prepare and complete physical inventory / stock check
· Ring sales and use the POS correctly
· Identify areas for potential loss prevention
· Perform ad hoc duties if assigned
Requirements
The essential skills and experience required to succeed in this role are:
· Retail on-counter experience in the luxury beauty sector required
· Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
· Ability to multi-task and build relationships
· Flexibility and the ability to handle change in a positive manner
· Demonstrated ability to support business growth and consistently exhibits professional behaviour
· Must have open flexibility to work during peak traffic times including evenings, weekends and holidays
Salary
£12 ph.
