General Duties include:
· Manage the branch in the absence of the Store Manager
· Outstanding in-store customer experience, motivate the staff to provide top notch customer care
· Ensure the accuracy of product merchandising while executing proper food safety protocol
· Meet and exceed store sales goals
· Manage merchandise orders and shipments, oversee proper stockroom storage and care
· Achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards
Desired Qualifications include:
· At least two years of experience in a customer-focused luxury retail environment
· At least two years of experience in a retail space with increasing levels of responsibility (leading general shop management)
· Equipped with customer service skills, staff management and leadership
· Reliable with flexible schedule, including the availability to work extended hours, weekends and holiday hours based on the store needs
· Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
· Ability to speak multiple languages (English, German)
· Cultivate an environment of courtesy and good manners
· Passionate about chocolate
