Role: Business Manager (Cosmetics)

Hours: 5 days a week, 9 hours per day inc weekends (1 weekend off per month)

Your key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail.

- Conducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals and measure progress in addition to daily feedback and monthly team meetings.

- Motivate and drive your team to achieve performance targets

- Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with Trinny expectations, utilising the appropriate procedures and support.

- Working closely with the BDM and the training team to achieve the following:

- Ensure teams are adequately trained and are able to process sales through Shopify and tills, ensuring transactions are managed with due care and attention, in line with company policy and procedures.


Assists in execution of visual displays, merchandising and marketing standards ensuring the store is consistently replenished.

Assists in the preparation and completion of accurate physical inventory as assigned.

Follows all safety and emergency procedures.

Identifies potential loss prevention issues.

To complete an accurate manual stock count fortnightly


The key skills and experience required for this role are:

Experience in a managing a retail team in luxury beauty

Excellent Leadership and communication skills

Operating with diligence and attention to detail, must be flexible and determined.

Willingness to put in necessary work that is required to fulfil all the needs of the business

Ability to operate in a fast paced environment and to adapt

Must be able to work well under-pressure and be a creative problem solver
