We’re looking for a resilient, charismatic, and diligent coordinator to become part of our dynamic bookings team. The bookings department is the focal point, and ‘beating heart’ of the entire business – in a company at the cutting edge of luxury retail staffing.

Duties and Activities:

  • To provide commercial support in allocating client bookings with crew members
  • Liaising with candidates and providing concise instructions
  • Liaising with clients on daily demands
  • Reporting information to stakeholders effectively
  • Fielding candidate queries

Experience Required
The successful candidate must

  • Plan workload and balance conflicting priorities with minimal real time supervision
  • Build and maintain working relationships outside of the team, have good communicative skills, both verbally and in written form
  • Update reports and trackers
  • Collate information
  • Manage spreadsheets
  • Following SOPs for IT issues with company software
  • Organise and coordinate staff
  • Support the management team with adhoc requests

Skills and Attributes:

  • Methodical, charismatic, and tenacious, with an eye for detail
  • Data analysis and excellent Excel skills with data manipulation skills
  • Logical thinking with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Ability to diligently work towards set objectives and tight deadlines
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team, in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Proficient in the use of office applications and company systems including Microsoft Office and extracting and presenting information from databases
  • Exemplary communication skills - both verbal and written - to ensure that successful relationships are established and maintained with key stakeholders, both internal and external

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • 5 days per week
  • Weekend availability essential

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person

Experience:

  • Department store : 1 year (Preferred)
